The viability of 3T3-L1 cells was not significantly affected by PE or GE. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were treated with various concentrations of GE (a), PE (b), and MIX (c) for 48 h. Cell viability was determined using an MTS-PMS kit. Only cells treated with the highest concentration of PE and GE mixture (MIX, 0.5+1 mg/ml) exhibited a significantly decrease in viability.
