Effects of PE, GE, and MIX on lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated into adipocytes with differentiation media for 8 days. The cells were treated with PE, GE, and MIX during the differentiation period. Lipid accumulation in the cells was analyzed by Oil Red O staining. (a) The micrographs of Oil red O-stained adipocytes.
