Confirmation of loss of m4C modification using DNA Dot-blot assay. Presence of m4C modification on H. pylori genome was detected using monoclonal antibodies against m4C. Purified genomic DNA was spotted on the nitrocellulose membrane and probed with monoclonal antibodies (1:1000 dilution) for the presence of m4C.
