NPNT overexpression does not affect primary tumor growth and spontaneous metastasis. (A) 66cl4-cells expressing either empty vector (EV) or NPNT were injected into the mammary fat pad of mice (n=15 per group), and the tumor volume was measured using electronic calipers. (B) Average weights of the tumors at the end of the experiment did not show any significant difference between the two groups of 66cl4-EV and 66cl4-NPNT tumors.
