CD8+ T cell response to Lm-OVA infection in PLD-deficient mice. PLD1KO, PLD2KO, PLDdKO, and WT mice were infected with Lm-OVA. At day 7 after infection, splenocytes from these mice were analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) OVA-specific CD8+ T cells in the spleen of infected mice.
