(A) The 90% CIs for the lowest carcinogenic BMD10s were plotted against the CIs for the lowest MN BMD05s for the 48 chemicals considered. The CIs that cross the inner dashed frame have infinite upper bounds in that direction. According to Table 1, CPS, LAS, MBR, PHE, RSC, TAC and TEO had positive results for MN and negative for carcinogenicity while DBCP, SEL and TCE were negative in the MN test and positive for carcinogenicity. With our methodology, all compounds do not deviate from the general correlation patterns.
