Change in physiological parameters on mice skin surface after treatment with isoflavone extract. Analysis of the change in ear thickness, trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), erythema, and blood flow values in different treatments. A gradual decrease in the value of the parameters was observed after pre-treatment with isoflavone extract before stimulation with IMQ (A–D).
