Effect of miR-25 TuD In Vitro

(A) miR-25 TuD specificity and binding efficiency against SERCA2a 3′ UTR was assessed using a luciferase assay system. (B) Luciferase assay shows significant reduced activity by miR-25 in a dose-dependent manner in both HEK293 and H9c2. (C) miR-25 TuD transfection shows restoration of SERCA2a in H9c2 cells.
