(A) Colabeling (yellow) of NeuN⁺ neurons colabeled with EGFP; immunoreactive EGFP was detected in 15.5% ± 1.2% of NeuN⁺ cortical neurons in the Aspa^Nur7/Nur7 mice and 14.0% ± 1.2% of NeuN⁺ cortical neurons of Aspa^+/+ mice (mean ± SEM, n = 4, p = 0.84). (B) Colabeling of cerebral cortical Gfap⁺ astroglia with EGFP was rarely detected. (C) Colabeling of cerebral cortical Olig⁺ oligodendroglial lineage cells with EGFP was rarely detected.
