White boxes indicate no significant changes. Red and green colors of fluxes represent up- or down-regulation at post-peak compared to baseline. Only fluxes with fold-changes greater than 2 are colored; others are shown in blue. The degree of change is indicated by the line thickness. For simplicity, regulatory signals are not shown (cf. Figure 1).
