Western blot analysis of oridonin on EGFR pathway proteins. The effects of oridonin on phosphorylation of ΔEGFR, STAT3, and Akt were evaluated. Bands were normalized to β-actin in order to obtain numerical values (mean ± SEM of three independent experiments). Total EGFR, STAT3, and Akt protein levels are also shown.
