Low concentrations of KPT-330 were added with IM to enhance proliferation inhibition of K562G. IC50 of IM decreased as the concentrations of KPT-330 increased from 0.05 to 0.2 nM, which were nearly not toxic toward K562G. IC50 were calculated from MTS cytotoxic assay by SPSS 17.0 software.
