Schedule of enrolment, interventions and assessments. Patients who are eligible are approached once they meet clinical stability criteria during the hospitalisation. This maybe on the first day of hospitalisation or subsequent days. The intervention is applied until discharge and follow-up occurs after 15 days postdischarge. *ED, emergency department.
