Cytotoxicity of OAd-hamIFN (100 VP/cell) and chemo-monotherapies was compared to the cytocidal effect of OAd-hamIFN combination therapies with respective doses of 5-FU, GEM, and CDDP. Each column represents the mean of three experimental replicates, with the capped bars on the top of columns representing the standard deviation. Within each of the nine conditions, a two-way ANOVA was performed with dose and virus effects. All effects had p < 0.025, indicating that the killing effect of OAd-hamIFN+ Chemotherapy was superior to the killing effect of a drug or OAd-hamIFN alone.
