Figure 2. miR-193b reduces cell viability in neuroblastoma cell lines.

Neuroblastoma cell lines were transfected with control mimics or miR-193b mimics. Cell viability was analyzed using alamarBlue at indicated time points. The average cell viability of cells transfected with control mimics was set to 100% (not shown) and the cell viability of miR-193b-transfected cells was calculated relative to control-transfected cells. Data are mean of at least three experiments, each performed in triplicate. Standard deviations have been included in Supplementary Figure 3.
