Seventy-nine individuals had CHAMPS questionnaire data at baseline and during follow-up assessments.
Paired t-tests were performed.
Individuals were grouped into increasers/nonincreasers according to their physical activity measurements from baseline to follow-up. Only individuals having both measurements at baseline and during follow-up were included in the analysis
