Seventy-nine individuals had CHAMPS questionnaire data at baseline and during follow-up.
Mixed-effects models were fitted for longitudinal measurement of PSQI scores at baseline and follow-up. The models assessed whether increases in physical activity from baseline to follow-up were associated with any changes in PSQI score over time. Adjustments were made for the confounders age, time since diagnosis, obesity status, disease stage, and treatment.
