Expression Pattern of GmNARK. (A,B) GmNARK expression assay in response to NaCl in shoot and root by quantitative real-time PCR. Total RNA was extracted from 7-day-old wild-type soybean seedlings treated with 150 mM NaCl at the indicated time points. GmELF was used as an internal control. The values are means ± standard error. The Student’s t-test was performed and the statically significant treatments were marked with ‘∗∗∗’ (P < 0.001), ‘∗’ (P < 0.05) and ‘ns’ (no significance).
