Genomic and transcriptomic analysis of PDX lymphomas. A. Targeted sequencing of a panel of 250 genes was performed on 35 gastric PDXs and 18 lymphoma PDXs. The graph represents the number of COSMIC mutations identified in each PDX. Mutational burden was significantly higher in gastric PDXs compared to lymphomas (****P < .0009, Unpaired t-test). B. Karyotype of cells derived from a lymphoma PDX. Arrows indicate the trisomy of chromosome 9 (vertical arrow) and the t(X;18)(q25;q21.3) translocation (horizontal arrow). C. Unsupervised hierarchical clustering performed on transcriptomic analysis of 66 gastric PDXs and 17 lymphoma PDXs. The analysis revealed the strong partition of the two PDX subgroups.
