Figure 1. — Neural stem cell–derived extracellular vesicle (NSC EV) manufacture produces biologically active, consistent vesicles. DiI-labeled vesicles (B) were added into the culture medium of human umbilical mesenchymal stem cells (A) and imaged for 24 hours (A–C). Vesicles are taken up by the cells (C) and can be seen being actively transported within the cell. Flow cytometry is routinely used for batch analysis of NSC EVs (using the commercially available MACSPlex kit) and indicates NSC EVs have a consistent marker profile (D).
