(A) Construct for triple transgenic mice expressing ovalbumin (Ova) driven by the Keratin-5 promoter in a tetracycline inducible fashion. Mice were further crossed to the D011.10 T cell receptor (TCR)-transgenic strain to generate the K5/TGO/DO11 model.
