Binding of SF2 antibodies and mAbtyrins to Raji cells and HEK-Blue: OX40 cells. Increasing concentrations (3 to 10000 ng/mL) of SF2 antibodies and mAbtyrins were assessed for their binding to Raji cells (A) and HEK-Blue: OX40 cells (B) by flow cytometry assays. Anti- FcγRIIB antibody 2B6 was also assessed for its binding to FcγRIIB receptors expressed on Raji cells (A).
