OM1, OM2, OM3, and OM4 indicate TaCOMT-3D-overexpressing wheat lines; WT indicates untransformed wild-type Yangmai 16. R. cerealis isolate R0301 was used to infect plants in T₁ and T₂ generations. At least 30 plants in T₁ and 110 plants in T₂ generations for each line were assessed for disease intensity.
