AS-Encoded Kir4.1 Is Required for FαMN Function and Peak Force Generation

AS Kir4.1 deletion leads to decreased FαMN size with mTOR downregulation, loss of fast-firing MN frequency, and decrease in fast-twitch muscle fiber size and peak strength without affecting MN survival.
