Eag1 channels are up-regulated by estradiol, and in cervical cancer. (A) 17β-estradiol (E2) enhances Kcnh1 mRNA expression in the cervix of non-transgenic (FVB) and transgenic (K14E7) mice, but the highest levels were found in the cervical cancer group (K14E7 + E2, 7 months old). Four independent experiments (mean ± SD), *P<0.05, **P<0.005, ***P<0.001, and ****P<0.0001 vs. the corresponding FVB group, unless indicated.
