Figure 6. — Effect of puerarin (Pue) on the protein expression of T-bet and GATA-3. Mice with ovalbumin (OVA)-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) were treated with different concentrations of puerarin (low, middle and high dose). Spleen lymphocytes were isolated and the proteins expression were analyzed by western blotting. (A) The expression of T-bet and GATA-3 proteins was detected by western blotting, and a representative result was shown.
