Relocation of ARP6 and RPA194, a catalytic subunit of RNA polymerase I, to the nucleolar cap after the treatment with a low dose of actinomycin D (Act D+). Flag-ARP6 was detected as in Fig. 1A, and RPA194 was detected with a specific antibody. The nuclear cap by the treatment of actinomycin D was shown by a white arrow. Scale bar, 5 µm.
