Leaves from control and each cod mutant were harvested from 8-week-old plants, frozen in liquid nitrogen, and freeze dried. Oxalate measurements were conducted on weighed leaf samples using an enzymatic assay. Values represent averages from three independent experiments each conducted in duplicate (mean ± se).
