(A) H&E – stained slide; tumor cells are spindle-shaped and monomorphic, with low-grade atypia. Multiple small thin-walled vessels are seen between tumor cells. The tumor has the characteristic IHC profile of LG-ESS, with expression of CD10 and absence of caldesmon and desmin.
