Cohorts of 10 mice were administered 200 µg (purple), 100 µg (blue), 25 µg (green), 10 µg (orange) mAb per mouse, 100 µg irrelevant anti-Marburg virus (solid red) mAb per mouse or an equivalent volume of PBS (dashed red) i.p. 24 h prior to aerosol exposure to WEEV Fleming (10³ PFU). Mice were observed twice daily for clinical signs of disease and humanely euthanized when moribund.
