Co-immunoprecipitation confirms physical interaction of IGF1R and SNX6. Pulldown was performed with either isotype control or anti-IGF1Rβ antibody, followed by immunoblot with an anti-SNX6 antibody or an anti-IGF1Rβ antibody, as indicated. A distinct band corresponding to SNX6 can be seen for the IGF1Rβ pulldown lane. This blot is representative of three independent experiments.
