Co-immunoprecipitation analysis of the N-terminal deletion mutants of TbTim17 with other TbTims. Mitochondrial proteins isolated from the wild type (WT), FL-Tim17OE, Δ20-Tim17OE, and Δ30-Tim17OE T. brucei grown for 48 h in the presence of doxycycline were solubilized with digitonin (1%). The soluble proteins were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-myc-coupled agarose beads. Proteins from the Input (10%) and precipitated (Bound, 50%) fractions were analyzed by immunoblotting using anti-myc, -Tim17, -Tim62, and TAO antibodies.
