36-year-old lactating volunteer with a 2-month-old baby. Axial ADC₀ maps were overlaid on T1-weighted images. The upper row image was acquired pre-breastfeeding, and the lower row image was acquired post-breastfeeding. The retroareolar score increased from 1.5 (pre-breastfeeding) to 2 (post-breastfeeding) for both breasts. The segmental score increased from 2 (pre-breastfeeding) to 3 (post-breastfeeding) for both breasts.
