Cohorts of 5-9 GF or SPF Il10-/- mice were gavaged with a single dose of 109 CFU C. jejuni/mouse and were euthanized 12 or 21 days post-infection. SPF Il10-/-mice were treated with an antibiotics (Abx) cocktail in their drinking water for 7 days before infection.
