(A) To test the stability of our method, the intra-subject similarity of FcHo maps was measured by using the same subject scanned two times fMRI data with and without GSR (GSR and NoGSR). The spatial distribution patterns of FcHo were similar between different scanning sessions and between FcHo maps obtained with NoGSR and GSR fMRI data. (B) Quantitative spatial correlation analyses also identified high correlation coefficients between different sessions and between different preprocessing methods.
