Effects of GO and CDDP, alone or in combination, on the cancer cell viability. (A) Microscopic observations. (B) Relative cell viability. Cancer cells were seeded in 6-well plates (2×10⁵ cells/mL) and cultured overnight, followed by treatment with GO (50 μg/mL), CDDP (200 μg/mL) or GO/CDDP. The viability was quantified by MTT assay and the data were normalized to that of the untreated cell. The data represent mean ± s.d. of 3 independent culture experiments.
