OXT inhibited MMP-2 production. (A) A2780 cells were treated for 0, 10-9, 10-8, 10-7 and 10-6 M of OXT for 48 hours. The cells were lysed and processed on a Western blot and probed for MMP-2. (B) A2780 cells were treated for 0, 10-9, 10-8, 10-7 and 10-6 M of OXT for 48 hours. MMP-2 activities in OXT-treated cells were detected using gelatin zymography analysis. Mean densitometry from 3 independent experiments demonstrated that OXT decreased MMP-2 production (*P < 0.05)
