miR-221 promotes colony formation in CAFs, MDA-MB 231 and SkBr3 cells. Colony formation in CAFs (a, b), MDA-MB 231 (c, d) and SkBr3 (e, f) cells transfected every 2 days as indicated, after 10 days of incubation cell colonies were stained and pictures were captured by a digital camera.
