Notes: (A) Expression of LDH-A in GES and three ITGC cell lines was determined by Western blot analysis. The LDH-A expression in the ITGC cell lines SGC7901 and BGC823 was upregulated compared with GES; LDH-A siRNA376 exhibited the best inhibition of LDH-A at protein level in both SGC7901 cells (B) and BGC823 cells (C).
