Sanger sequencing chromatograms of cDNA from tumors in Fig. 2c show decreased levels of Nt5c2^R367Q expression over the Nt5c2⁺ wild type allele compared with freshly 4-hydroxytamoxifen treated deleted Rosa26^+/CreERT2 Nt5c2^+/co-R367Q cells (Fig. 1a).
