F. bengalensis (FB) was administered in doses of 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg p.o. one hour before the test. Morphine (MOR) was administered in a dose of five mg/kg intraperitoneally, 30 min before test. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey’s post hoc test). a denotes p<0.05, b denotes p<0.01, and c denotes p<0.001 as compared to the control group.
