Note: G3BP1 expression (−/+) was determined by IHC staining score. The scoring system was composed of two independent parameters: percentage of tumor cells exhibiting positive staining (0–5: 0–1%; 1–5%; 6–10%; 11–20%; 21–50%; >50%); and intensity of IHC staining (0–2: 0, no staining; yellow-brown staining; strong brown staining). The final scores of two parameters were added to a sum and defined as the IHC staining score. 0–3: Negative; 4–7: Positive.
