A-Media (250mL)	•177.58 mL sterile water
•50 mL 10X M-199 media
•15 mL 7.5% sodium bicarbonate solution
•2.25 mL of 50 mM hydrocortizone
•125 mL 0.4mg/ml retinol acetate (in  sterile water)
•5 mL of 10X Pen/strep solution (10000U/mL)
•50 mL of 10mg/ml bovine insulin
B-media (500ml)	•427.6 mL sterile water
•50 mL 10X M-199 media
•15 mL 7.5% sodium bicarbonate solution
•2.25 mL of 50 mM hydrocortizone
•125 mL 0.4mg/ml retinol acetate (in  sterile water)
•5 mL of 10X Pen/strep solution (10000U/mL)
