(2017). T. erythraeum IMS101 was cultured at three targeted CO₂ concentrations [Low = 180 μatm (green circles), Mid = 380 μatm (blue circles) and High = 720 μatm (orange circles)], two light intensities [LL = 40 μmol photons m⁻² s⁻¹ (open circles), HL = 400 μmol photons m⁻² s⁻¹ (closed circles)], across a range of Fe′ concentrations (~20–1,010 pM), at optimal temperature (26°C). The solid line is μ/μ_m modelled by a Michaelis-Menten function (K_m of 177 pM with an r² of 0.803).
