Expression of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-associated genes in mouse ovaries following pregnant mare’s serum gonadotropin (PMSG) stimulation. Three weeks old female mice were stimulated with PMSG. Ovaries were collected 48 hours later, total RNA was extracted, and quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed for indicated genes. Data are the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM). Asterisk indicates statistical significance (P < .05). Unpaired t test was used to determine statistical significance.
