A., B., C., D., & E. CRISPRi-KAT5-sg1 (A & C), 2D10 (B & D), and ΔE2-R2 (E) cells were treated with DMSO or the indicated drugs and subjected to ChIP-qPCR assays using the antibodies (Ab) that specifically recognize the indicated proteins bound to the various genomic regions as labeled at the bottom. The ChIP-qPCR signals were normalized to those of input DNA for each genomic location. The error bars represent mean +/- SD from three independent qPCR reactions. The asterisks indicate different levels of statistical significance as calculated by two-tailed Student’s t-tests.
