Gene set variation analysis (GSVA) is a non-parametric, unsupervised method for estimating variation of gene set enrichment through the expression data of infected cell. GSVA transformed each line gene-based expression matrix of gene by sample to matrix of a gene-set by sample. The matrix shows clear separation between the groups.
