TRIM31 knockdown inhibited migration and invasion in CRC cells. A. SW620 and HT-29 cell lines were transfected with shRNA TRIM31 (sh1 or sh2) or control shRNA (shNC). Knockdown efficiency was analyzed by Western blotting and quantitative RT-PCR analysis (P<0.05, Student’s t test). B. MTT assay showed no obvious difference in proliferation when TRIM31 was knocked down (P>0.05, Student’s t test). C. Matrigel invasion assay showed that TRIM31 knockdown decreased invasive capacity. (P<0.05, Student’s t test). D. Wound-healing assay showed that TRIM31 knockdown decreased motility of CRC cells. (P<0.05, Student’s t test). E.
