Mouse pre-osteoblasts (MC3T3-E1) were treated osteogenic induction media. To confirm osteogenic differentiation, (A) ALP activity and (B) calcium amount were measured at d7 and d21 respectively after differentiation. Cells grown on porous PPP scaffold showed a significantly increase in ALP activity and calcium deposition. *p<0.05, **p<0.001; n=2~4; data presented as mean ± S.E.M.
