Bin sizes were defined by calculating ½ (inverse of the low pass filter setting). Using that formula, bins for the 1-18 Hz bandpass filter should encompass approximately 278 ms; however, as data were sampled at 250 Hz, bin size was adjusted to 280 ms for all bins except the last.
